The new company, PMR Houston, would focus on purchasing, fixing and selling residential properties in the Houston area. Working increasingly with sellers and buyers turned my investment venture into a full on passion. My expertise in finding homes with potential that would be worth the money turned into a tool to help more clients find not only their perfect home, but also a smart financial investment. PMR Houston grew from a personal investment venture to a company invested in helping others make informed real estate decisions.  I learned through countless transactions how to get the best offer on a home for sale and how to market them.
